My specialties around work: Microsoft products (Windows Server, Exchange, SQL server, Active Directory, SMS), VMware ESX, HP Bladesystem hardware, an online backup & recovery product for the coop, Linux & Unix variants, mail filtering software, PERL, shell scripting, HP Proliant hardware

My other specialties: PHP, content managment systems, relational databases (mySQL, PostgresSQL), general web development, DHTML, javascript, IIS, Apache web server, Tomcat, EXIM, graphic design (to a degree), Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash (somewhat)
